TV & Media Avatar Contest - "It's time to party"
 

In the hope of keeping the contest within the spirit of the holidays this week's contest is for avatars featuring a party or party-goers.

It doesn't have to be a Christmas party, any kind will do. But no SF&F avatars for this contest, please!

It's from the Vanity Fair post-Oscars party from, I think, 2006 (2006 or 2007 anyway).
