Montgomery Finishes Debut Album
 
<font color=yellow>Anthony Montgomery</font> has just finished recording his debut album, tentatively titled <i>A.P.</i>. <p>As reported by <A class="link" HREF="http://www.anthony-montgomery.com/">Title</A> Montgomery, the grandson of Jazz guitarist <font color=yellow>Wes Montgomery</font>, has turned his attentions to the music world. His debut Hip-Hop album is scheduled to appear in October of 2008.<p>Montgomery's love of music goes back to his childhood. He sang in the church choir as a child. Later, as a young adult, he sang in an R&B group called <i>A-Sharp</i>. More recently, Montgomery used his own funds to produce a four song demo CD titled <i>What You Know About Anthony Montgomery</i>, which featured four <i>Star Trek</i>-related songs.<p>Other <i>Star Trek</i> actors have produced music or been involved in musical productions, including: <font color=yellow>Brent Spiner</font>(<i>Dreamland</i>), <font color=yellow>Scott Bakula</font> (<i>Dancing in the Dark</i>), <font color=yellow>William Shatner</font>, <font color=yellow>Nichelle Nichols</font>, <font color=yellow>Leonard Nimoy</font>, <font color=yellow>Avery Brooks</font>, and <font color=yellow>Tim Russ</font>. <p>To read more, head to the article located <A class="link" HREF="http://www.anthony-montgomery.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id= 1&Itemid=30">here</A>.<center></center>

As with other trek vets this seems like just another something to pay the bills by selling to trek fans, many of whom seem keen on buying stuff they would never even bother with without that "trek connection."
