John Dies At The End movie
I just watched this this morning and I loved every second of it. I came into this never having read the book, and not knowing the story, and in this case I'm glad I did because it meant I didn't know what to expect as it went on. I think this is probably one of the weirdest, craziest, most bizarre movies I've ever seen, and I'm very glad that I did see it.
Edit: My rating: Excellent. I definitely plan on reading the book, and it's sequel This Book is Full of Spiders: Seriously Dude, Don't Touch It. |
Re: John Dies At The End movie
I loved both books and highly recommend them. I can't wait to see the movie because I can't imagine how they can translate all that happens in the book into a movie.

Re: John Dies At The End movie
They made a movie of this? Holy shit, I didn't even know.
I read the book online back in the day. John Cheese was fucking hilarious. |
Re: John Dies At The End movie
Shouldn't the title of this topic be considered a spoiler?

Re: John Dies At The End movie
^That was another thing I thought was great.
I forgot to mention that the movie was given early release as a digital download, so you can watch it now despite the fact that it isn't in theaters for a while. I watched it on The Playstation Network. I meant to post this before and forgot. The red band trailer. |
Re: John Dies At The End movie
^I haven't read the book, but I was expecting what you said in the spoiler to happen. It just HAD to be that way.

Re: John Dies At The End movie
Yeah, when a movie like this has a title like that, then it pretty much has to end the way it did.

Re: John Dies At The End movie
Saw it last night.
Fantastic. So i'm guessing the book came out long before Supernatural started? |
Re: John Dies At The End movie
But one could possibly argue that the "end" hasn't happened yet since there was a sequel book and maybe more...

Re: John Dies At The End movie
One could also argue that he died in the middle of the movie, only because the smart fuck ran long.
