Misfits Series 4
 

The fourth series of Misfits starts on E4 Sunday the 28th of October. They've put up their first teaser trailer for the series, introducing the new additions. I wonder how they'll handle Kelly not being there.

She was but Lauren Socha was arrested on drug charges and decided to leave the show.

Well shit. I didn't exactly love her or her character, but now Curtis is the only original misfit left and its only been 4 seasons. Seems a bit quick to cycle out the entire cast.

Given the good job they did with Rudy I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the new lot.

Man, I guess the channel here in the states must be way behind the U.K. Sad to hear most of the cast has left in the later seasons.

I'm not even sure which season we are on here, What season do they get famous in? That's the episode premiering this week.

What channel is it on here? I've been watching on Hulu, and they already released the whole 3rd season. I think they're only a few months off from the UK.
I love the show and can't wait for season 4.
That bit at the end of the trailer reminded me just how much I love the relationship between the two Rudys.

Next season we need a third Rudy.

Lauren didn't chose to leave.

She physically assaulted and racially verbally abused a Pakistani taxi driver after too much strong drink.

(No definitive word on drugs. There were no drug charges. Ironically, drug charges would have sent her to prison, but drug charges would not have gotten her kicked off the show.)

Only one episode has aired.

The blonde from Coupling Sarah Alexander is having a midlife crisis after dumping her husband only to have her son bring home a wayward Sheehan from his back packing holiday, and the sexual fireworks fizzle.

Adrian Mole got more action aged 13 and 3 quarters.

Just saw episode 4 from season four...

This series loses quality for each season.

It's definitely not up to snuff, but still highly enjoyable.

There's no focus.

Sheehan's new comedy, after catching a few more episodes, I've come to quite enjoy, even if it's made for young grandmothers annoyed that last of the Summer Wine has been cancelled.

I've still been enjoying it, but it's definitely not as good as it used to be. I'm starting to get the impression this is another show like True Blood where they are just trying to rise the level of craziness more and more as they go on. Now like TB up until Season 3 (that's as far as I've seen so far) I'm still enjoying the majority of what they are doing, but there is getting to be more stuff that I'm not.
