There are some exclusions for BSG:

The miniseries, the extended cut of "Pegasus," the extended cut of "Unfinished Business," the extended cut of "A Disquiet Follows My Soul," the extended cut of "Islanded in a Stream of Stars," and the extended cut of "Daybreak" are all disc-only. Also, based on the running time indicated, I do not believe that the extended cut of "Razor" is included in season 4.0, just the original telecast version.
