    Agreed.
    I just don't want to have to do that. I don't want to pay for a digital copy. Ethically, I'd rather not reward those companies with my money. Yes, I can make my own disc, but they would still have my money.

    It depends on the jurisdiction. It's technically illegal where I live, although I've never heard of anyone being prosecuted unless they start distributing or selling.

    That is precisely why I have zero streaming subscriptions - I don't trust the studios to keep them intact.
