Marvel planning Guardians of the Galaxy movie!

They've released a couple short teasers for the new trailer coming out Monday.

Teasers for trailers, love it, lol. It's funny that such an unlikely project is looking so promising to be really big.

 

It will be interesting to see what kind of effect this has one future comic book movie (or at least Marvel's) if it is as big as Marvel seems to hope it will be.

 

Yeah, I imagine "Odin" will be keeping those four busy with all kinds of interesting errands lest they notice....something.

 

I wonder if the DVD will have the director's cut of the teaser for the trailer for the movie.

If only that were the teaser for the trailer for season ten of Supernatural.

 

OT but every time I come to this thread that grabs my eye, cool pic.

 

I love 80's special effects. So much more visceral and charming...

Also, extremely powerful purple glowey thing. Hmm.

 

Continues to look good. Trailer looks like extended peeks of what we've seen, not giving much new away yet. I get nervous when I'm looking forward to a movie like this as I'm often disappointed with the final product; got to be optimistic.

 

It looks fun, and that's all I care about for a summerflick anyway.

 

The use of music in the trailers is close to Tarantino level of awesomeness. In fact who ever is the marketing people behind this, really gets what this is about.

 

So.... why didn't they air this trailer last week during the AOS season finale?

 

I'm amazed they're making this movie.

Of course, once upon a time I was amazed a character like Iron Man (who I doubted most people knew) got a movie.

I love how self-aware they are about this.

That line was funny and did show a sense of overall awareness. If nothing else I've seen, if not exactly, those exact words typed about the internet on various msg boards the past year.

 

This looks seriously fucked up and potentially a lot of fun. The raccoon is awesome. I'm hoping this is as fun as the trailers look.
