Is anyone reading this as Warbirds are the sole class for the Romulans that have variations that lean towards different specializations like the Odyssey as opposed to classes for specific specializations like Defiant vs Galaxy vs Intrepid?

    Pretty much.
So we will most likely get a chronological lineage of Warbirds (some formerly known as Bird of Preys), with uncertain appearance of the Romulan D7 battlecruiser which I expect maybe in the C-Store or not at all.
At Admiral level we will likely get one ship leaning toward science and one toward engineering I bet.
I fully expect the main role to be cloaked destroyers with slight tendency toward science or entirely multipurpose.

I guess that would explain why they said they only had to create 2 new ships (since you've already got the Bird of Prey, Morgai and D'deridex hulls to fill 3 of the ship tiers).

ETA: Random point, just played the fire caves mission and seems the pathfinding for the away team has been fixed.

You forgot the Scimitar, though I am not sure she qualifies as a Warbird.

I bet you that'll be a C-store for Level 50 captains, if it's ever made available for flying.

Maybe that'll be something added to the last tier of the Romulan reputation system, since they're adding in playable Remans as an unlock in there too, based off this comment anyway:

Where did I post any recruitment adds and compared my current fleet with trekbbs????

U're starting to piss me off really piss me off, you know jack shit about me and talking utter nonsense, on any other forum I'd tell you where to go, but keeping with decorum i'll try to sustain my self, in real life i would be a lot less diplomatic. ]

As to me getting better gear or what is so bad about wanting better items??? Perhaps i want something from a fleet i join instead of only giving, after all i have given loads to my current fleet but feel that i need to move on as my time is taken over by fleet issues i can't really dedicate my time to anymore and want to move on to either better fleet where i can get elite gear or just play low profile game with no fleet action hustle and fleet administration issues. As to me being antisocial and what ever you've said is utter nonsense, you have no idea who and what I am, you jump to conclusion like a presumptuous self centered feel hurt sheep! I am not anti social, and self centered, I just want more game play for my self and less fleet issue hustle, I've been in this fleet for 6 months, its fine time for a change, and only issue i need to resolve is, do i go solo or join another fleet that has less demanding schedule where i can play low profile role, i.e join in stf when i choose to and ignore leadership nonsense and fleet administration hustle.

In short I am stressed out with the mess of a large fleet and its giving me a headache, and yes many fleet members know it cause I've told most of them, I am just not sure what to do, and yes the fleet leadership also knows about it, they know i am stressed out and they;ve told me perhaos take a leave of the game for few weeks, which to me looks tempting as well.

As to my posting on this forum, unless you can prove ownership of this forum and forbid forumers to post on this forum, i.e only open to you and individuals who you like and who agree with your kind of ideology and mindset, i shall continue to post, and you don't like it, perhaps you should contact forum owners and request my posts to be removed.

You don't like what i'm saying use ignore button its there, feel free to use I certainly in this instance, otherwise i might say something i do not want on this forum.

FFS really is this a trekbbs fleet chat or star trek online chat????

    Really !!!!

PS,, Who gave you right to dictate who can who can't post on this forum!!!? Forum is open to all users to post, all who enjoy star trek online as i do, should be allowed to post on star trek online thread, unless you have decided to allow only individuals who belong to your fleet only to post on this thread and this forum section, if so than i might as well contact forum administrator and request calcification as to who is allowed to post on this forum.

PPS, added you to my ignore !!!

Indeed if you're happy over there why move, I am stressed atm cause i am getting too much hustle from fleet issues, i.e deal with in-fleet problems, and as it is a large fleet it takes too much time to deal with and i have less time to actually play the game, so I was thinking of leaving after tier 5 eng is done get some elite gear and than play solo game, or join tier 5 fleet and get my hands on elite gear and see how i can play low profile game from now, one that doesn't require of me to do spend loads of time dealing with fleet issues.

My 3rd toon is in tier 1 fleet and I like it there, no one hustles me and i can play my game without doing fleet actions, deal with fleet issues and deal with stuff i really didn't sign for when i installed star trek online.

Small fleets are good, but solo player is also good if you want to do small stuff like explore the galaxy do stfs and what not.

When i first started playing this game i was playing on my own for much of my time, doing loads of solo missions, loved it, but I find fleets being too much of a stress, so it was naturally my thought what should I do....

You're certainly ALLOWED to post wherever you want (even if you keep telling us we suck and you're never ever coming back). His point was that when you alternate between telling us we suck and how awesome you are, and get pissy whenever anyone tries to engage you, what's the point? Just get a blog. Don't need you coming here just to piss all over us. And when you finish that, don't pretend it's all cool and we're just gonna chat it up with you. No one said you couldn't post here, just questioning why you WOULD ;)

I didn't tell you how awesome you are, may as well add me to the ignore list as well, since that's all it takes. All it took for the last guy was just repeating YOUR post that we suck, you're out of here, never to return. Until you returned again, at least. And told us how awesome you are. And that we suck. Again...

Its a democracy, you are certainly free to make any comment you like as am I free to challenge you on what you have said here.

My main point is that you keep flip flopping your decisions, perhaps because you constantly see the grass as greener on the other side.

You said our TrekBBS fleet was too small, too inactive and grew too slowly so you left for a big fleet. Now you're essentially saying a big fleet is too stressful and wish you are back in a smaller fleet. That's one flip flop.

You also swore you're never coming back to this thread again and yet here you are trying to recruit people into your big fleet and asking for advice on what to do. Another flip flop.

And you do not seem to realize that every time you do a flip you piss people off. You have already pissed off many people here with your past actions. I am simply warning you that leaving your big fleet is bound to piss off a lot of people in your big fleet.

That's fantastic news! Thanks for sharing! I've always ended up disliking that mission because it feels like I spend a lot of time dying from lack of backup, going back 2 chambers to find lost bridge officers, etc.

Ok everyone, please calm down with regards to Mic of Orion and his request for advice. USS your block function to ignore people who irritate you.

    Thanks.

So, I think I'll create 2 Romulan characters. Divert one to the Fed side and one to the KDF. I still have 2 character slots open, as any time I've made another alt for either side, I've just ended up not ever playing them. Might as well fill them with Romulans!

Well I finally grinded (ground?) enough for an Andorian tac ship. Heh. I sure do blow up a lot.

They do seem pretty fragile, those Andorian escorts.

Played a little on Tribble with the new UI. I love it. So much cleaner and more responsive.

The color schemes are working now too. There's a Gorn theme!

Something else I noticed while in a Borg incursion: plasma fire on your ship no longer looks like a big cloud of color around you. Now it actually looks like a few fires trailing away from you. Way better, and will likely no longer ruin perfectly good screen shots.
