Got a tweed cap for my dad; his dog ate one of his other two hats. I think I'll give the hat to him at Christmas.
Oooh, that brings back memories of my teenage days! (LOL and makes me feel like a dinosaur ) latest purchase: a Winnie the Pooh DVD (Rabbit always reminds me of my boss)
This comfy black tunic to wear with jeans or slim black pants now, with leggings after I lose some weight.
I never thought I'd hear a Kraftwerk song with actual DRUMS on it! (The first album has that. The second and third don't.) If anyone's interested, all of those albums are available to listen to via YouTube. I don't know if Kraftwerk will ever get around to remastering and rereleasing them, like they did with their 'normal' albums (i.e. Autobahn and later). Probably not until their next studio album, whenever the hell that turns out to be.
Looks great but you have to be very slim, else you look pregnant in it. I couldn't wear it *sigh* I bought three of these handy vacuum bags for clothes today. It's time to stow away the summer wear.
I'm sure you look very in it, TZ. (And I refuse to believe the first part of the above statement. I've met you. You are not overweight!)
^ Aw, thank you. But I've gained 15 - 20 pounds since you saw me, so, unfortunately, I am overweight now. Too little activity; too much stress, boredom and time alone with the refrigerator. Nothing that getting my damn surgical wound healed for real wouldn't solve.
^ Dam, that sounds rough...hope the doctors can fix you up right quick. Still think you must look great though. (TZ here was the only person in Baltimore who ever actually called me "hon" and I am eternally grateful for that )
I didn't mean to imply that you'd look anything but absolutely awesome in it. I meant that with my wasteline (I look like 8th month pregnant) it'd propably look unflattering and more like a maternity dress. Why does that wound heal so slowly? Is there nothing your docs could do to make it heal faster? Latest purchase: a handy kitchen towel rail that can be hung from the door. And 2 rolls of rather pretty christmas present wrapping paper.
^ Well, part of the problem is that I apparently formed an excessive amount of scar tissue inside. May need more surgery to resolve it. Will bring my medical thread back to life when I know something. Thanks for asking.
Some graphic novels for my boyfriend: I Kill Giants, and The Sandman Vol. 3: Dream Country. Also some zombie buttons for my best friend who is obsessed with zombies... and buttons.
