It's mostly about how the hair model is being difficult.

    I watched Argo today.

    Big glasses everywhere.

Although I'm travelling back in time further than that now, since I just started watching a swath of One Day at a Time DVDs... Oddly from my child memories of this show, Bonnie Franklin was contiguously in a bathrobe while Schneider was hitting on her...

Chakotay could learn some bloody lessons from Schneider about musk.

The big glasses now are different, they are rectangles, often the heavy frame part is at the top only. Rectangles have been in for a long time but they have been narrow, not two inches tall.

The 80's big glasses were the roundish plastic frames with a the frame itself being lighter colored.

As far as these big bus window rectangles go I will NEVER succumb.

    It's glorious.

I do like her new hair, it fits her spunky attitude quite well. She was phenomenal during yesterday's talk. I'm afraid to say we didn't have any chemistry during the photo session though. She must have sensed I only watch VOY to drool over Chakotay. :p

It was a last-minute decision sorta. And I'm really happy I did go, because I had a great time. I'd love to write a report about it, but I'm afraid they closed the STL thread. I'll try to post a pic of Kate's new hair when I get back home though.

    Do me a favour?

    Drool over him more.

    Much more.

    Until he drowns.

    Um?

    Does wooden acting float?

 I wouldn't have expected anything else.

So what is the colour? Plum? Aubergine? (I am hungry, but that's coincidental...)

I'm hoping Miss Lemon who saw her hair IN PERSON can give us the exact html designation.

    Short.

I grew up in the 90's and had a thing for Janeway.

How sad .... I mean Kate Mulgrew, phew....;)

No. You met Janeway on TV.

Mulgrew was just some women who lied and lied and lied.

Starsip this, and i married Columbo that.

    It's almost pathological.

You can't trust women with such loose grips on reality.

If no expression, idea or word out of her mouth was true, then you had a superficial thing for Mulgrew based entirely on a hair cut Rick Berman forced her into or you have a deep and layered beautiful love for all things Janeway.

Oh, "locks" refers to her hair? My bad, I thought we were discussing Long or short locks for her "Virtue", nevermind (I've apparently read too many posts in the Fairhaven thread)

    The colour though, the colour!

Burgundy? Aubergine? Reddish purple, purplish red? MAGENTA?

I don't remember her being short, but everyone is taller than me.

I really liked the bun with side-parting that she had a couple times in S1 (though can't remember what episodes exactly).
