Okay, it's not from season two, so it must be from very early season three based on Janeway's hair (bun pre-ponytail) and Tom's level of male pattern baldness. And it's from an episode that centers on either Tuvok, Torres, The Doctor, Kes or Neelix, which rules out a lot of early S3. So I'll say "Flashback".

I knew it! (Actually, "Remember" would have been my second guess.)

And interestingly enough, "Flashback" was shot during season 2 and held back until season 3, which explains that season 2 "gut feeling" I had.
