I am going to de-lurk out into this thread (which is absolute GOLDEN GENIUS:techman:) to ask that someone sombrero-size an avatar of Capt. Archer for me. He desprerately needs one, and I do too.

I attempted one, but I only have Paint Shop Pro and I suck at it on top of that.
    Thank you all you geniuses.

You only really need Paint Shop Pro, but it doesn't help if you suck at it. :p

Have you got an av where Bakula's head isn't quite so close to the edge of the frame? There's not that much room for anyone to fit a sombrero.

Sorry about that, Chief. I thought it might be a little "risque", but it was too funny. And it was late. M'od knows best.

Don't worry about it too much; I figured all of the above probably factored in.

Also, the relative work-safeness (safe-itude?) of the image is being discussed at the moment, and (depending upon the outcome) it could conceivably come back as an in-line image, so long as it's hosted on your webspace and not TheScore's. In the meantime, it's still there for those who want to see, and no one's got to look over their shoulder to make sure the boss isn't watching for naked guys with erect sombreros.

And yeah, it is pretty funny. ;)

Here's one where he looks sufficiently constipated.
    Could you sombrero-ize this one?

No biggie. I wouldn't want sombrerophilia to get anyone in trouble at the office. Don't spend too many cycles worrying about it.

If you decide it's okay I'll put it on my photobucket account and edit the post, but really not a big deal.

Try this on for size. He still looks constipated though:

    A) I don't have PhotoShop, :vulcan:
    B) I would suck at it if I did, :alienblush:
    Therefore...
    C) Could some kind soul put my dream pic to a sombrero?
Picard or Riker or Spock in the black uniforms from The PhotoShop Thread (or First Contact uniforms)... I think they would look great in a Black sombrero... any takers?

ITL graciously made up a sombrero-ized Darth Tater picture for me, so I can now get in on the fun. I've enjoyed this whole thread immensely. My favorite parts have been the movie conversations with sombreros. We just need a STII parody, and our Sombrero-Genesis trilogy will be complete.
