Picked up a couple more DC Icons

Sculpt-wise Superman is pretty great, but the paint is letting him down a bit, especially around the eyes. Mine has a big yellow blotch on the back of the cape, too. I like that the trademark curl is a separately sculpted piece. Kelex makes for a great accessory. He has interchangeable open hands for holding non-existent accessories. Sigh

Harley is pretty great all around. No paint problems to complain about, and like the rest of the line, the articulation is ace. She also has interchangeable hands and gun with a cork in the barrel, that I didn't take a picture of. To me, this is how Harley should look. I'm not a fan of the slutty stuff she has going on these days.

I looked for a B/S/T thread but did not see it. I have a Playmates "Flashback" Janeway I am considering putting on Ebay. If interested, PM me.

Well, I want Zelda, Skull Kid and Slippy for sure. Which means I will only ever see Toad and Cat Mario on shelves.

Yeah they will be peg warmers for sure but at the rate they are pumping out waves, they won't be for long. I took the time to make this diagram of all the waves. I've got all of them except for Gold Mario and Invincible Tanooki Mario. Mostly because they are repaints I didn't want. I can't wait for Wave 2-2 to get here. I'm also hoping they show off some future waves at SDCC.

Wow, great action pose there! This has something of the Matrix LOL

It has been brought to my attention that I missed one last snark by Doctor McCoy in my Star Trek /Doctor Who crossover here: http://www.trekbbs.com/threads/the-...scussion-thread.170698/page-400#post-11644136

    So here's one additional pic:

In the episode "Requiem for Methuselah" Spock was playing a waltz at the piano, and Kirk and Rayna were dancing. I don't have a Rayna but just let Kirk dance with other women. With whom does he have the best chemistry?

Bunch of new DC Collectibles figures from TV's Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl revealed.

    Pics

Too bad Zoom doesn't come with an alternate unmasked head. I would think that would be an obvious accessory. Also, no Rip Hunter. :( Hopefully he'll come in the next wave.

Who is the one just before Uhura?

BTW that Wraith Queen is just Kirk's style.... He'll have a great time.

    That is Felicity, from "Arrow".

Yeah, until she sucks the life out of him and leaves only an empty aged shrivelled hull ;)

I saw that the other day but I am not very happy about the wave. We only get superheroes this time, not one "normal" person. I had hoped for a Cisco or Dr. Wells. With the kind of pictures I am doing, I don't have much use for figures that are very special and therefore have limited usage.

One has to wonder indeed why there is no Rip Hunter. Hopefully next time.

I got the Figma Venus de Milo today. I love it! Even her hair has a joint and can be moved into all directions. You can take off the stiff skirt and give her one made from gum, so she can show her legs. And she can have arms! And several hands. The one with the pin is for holding the apple. From the box you even can make her a marble stand.

Disney released a new addition to the Star Wars Die Cast Elite Series, FN-2187 or Finn. LIttle disappointed they didn't have the bloody finger marks on the helmet but overall it's a really nice figure. I'm very happy to add it to my collection.
